tiramisu alle pesche

If you are intolerant to both gluten and milk you will find that preparing good desserts is not that simple. Fortunately, there have been a lot of alternative foods on the market in recent years that can help. Obviously you have to learn how to use them, as tastes and properties are different from the classic foods that we are used to knowing. The kitchen, however, also offers this possibility, to try, experiment, and find the ingredients that best suit us and our preparations. Eliminating milk and derivatives in desserts, especially those spooned like tiramisu would lead us to think that we could no longer enjoy it. How do you replace mascarpone cream? For ladyfingers, there is a gluten free alternative, but the cream is impossible. Better to give it up.

It is not so instead! Obviously with the alternatives you will not have the same taste of cream, but I assure you that you will not miss the classic one. The taste you will get with this tiramisu will conquer everyone, even the most traditionalist palates!

FOR THE cream I used the vegetable butter one that you find in another article where you can see the procedure.

Doses for 6 people

  • 500 ml Vegetable milk
  • 40 g corn starch
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 110 g Vegetable margarine
  • 1 vial Vanilla flavor
  • 2 Egg yolks (to taste)
  • 2 packets of Savoiardi gluten and milk free, Cereal
  • 2 Ripe peaches
  • 1 brick Peach juice
  • 1/2 glass of water

The procedure is very simple, cook the cream on the stove until it thickens, once it has cooled you can start assembling. (For the complete recipe of the cream, see the article Super butter cream!)

Cut the peaches into thin slices and place them in a saucer ready to be used. Put the peach juice in a bowl and add a little water. Dip the ladyfingers in the peach juice and place them in the pan. Then spread a layer of cream that covers them and place the peach slices on top. Keep it up, layer by layer until all the ingredients are used up. You can decorate with other slices of peach, or with shavings of bitter chocolate or powder.

Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour and serve cold.

Success is guaranteed!
